When you have opened the program you need to connect your phone.
Their program talks to their server, which is annoying, but it works.
It unlocked my phone without any problem.

I registed and download the software, but find it complicated, i followed the guide but still can get it to work. Is there anyone who has successfully worked it out, share your experience please, my handset is Sony Ericsson W595.
